AuraTV Fireplace (the “App”) is provided by EA Digital Systems (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use AuraTV Fireplace on Apple TV and other supported platforms.
Summary
AuraTV Fireplace is designed to work without a developer-managed user account. We do not sell personal data, use behavioral advertising, or receive your payment-card details.
Information used for app functionality
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes purchases and payment information. RevenueCat processes a pseudonymous app user identifier, purchase receipts, product and subscription status, purchase dates, storefront information, and limited device or app technical information. This processing is used to verify Premium access, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and troubleshoot subscription problems.
EA Digital Systems does not receive your full payment-card details or Apple Account password.
Remote media delivery
When AuraTV Fireplace streams a fireplace video, the media host and its infrastructure may process normal network request information, including:
- IP address
- device or app user agent
- request date and time
- requested file URL
- standard server log information
This information is used only to deliver media, operate and secure the service, and troubleshoot playback.
Local preferences
Language, appearance, quote, clock, and display preferences are stored locally on the device. Deleting the App removes these local preferences.
How information is used
Information is used only to:
- provide and restore subscription access
- deliver requested media
- maintain service availability and security
- prevent fraud and abuse
- diagnose purchase, network, or playback problems
- comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not use personal data for behavioral advertising, profiling, or resale.
Service providers and sharing
Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate AuraTV Fireplace, including Apple, RevenueCat, and media hosting infrastructure. We do not share personal data with data brokers. These providers apply their own privacy and security terms to information they process.
Retention
AuraTV Fireplace does not maintain developer-managed user profiles. Apple and RevenueCat retain subscription records under their applicable policies. Server logs are retained only as reasonably necessary for security, operations, troubleshooting, and legal compliance, then deleted, rotated, or overwritten in the normal course of administration.
Your choices and rights
You can cancel or manage a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. You can remove local preferences by deleting the App.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data controlled by EA Digital Systems. Because we do not maintain user profiles, a request may be limited to identifiable technical logs, if any.
Children’s privacy
AuraTV Fireplace is not specifically directed to children and does not knowingly create profiles for children.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when AuraTV Fireplace or its supporting services change. The current version is identified by the “Last updated” date.
